FAQ

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
If you want quick responses, you can check out following FAQ.

01. How can I make a reservation?

Please book at least one day in advance. For groups of four or more, we kindly ask for reservations at least two days prior.
If you wish to secure your preferred time, we recommend booking a week in advance.

02. Should I arrive early?

For first-time visitors, we suggest arriving at least 10 minutes early for a short consultation.
We provide a brief health check, an introduction to the spa, and program guidance.
Since appointments are scheduled in advance, arriving late may result in reduced service time.

03. Can I cancel my reservation?

If you must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please follow these guidelines:
For a single-person booking: cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
For two or more guests, or for package programs: cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
This ensures we have sufficient time to offer your slot to other clients. Thank you for your understanding.

04. What should I wear when visiting the spa?

As the spa is a place for relaxation, we recommend comfortable clothing.
Please refrain from wearing jewelry. We cannot take responsibility for valuables lost due to personal negligence.

05. What should I wear during the treatment?

Each treatment room at SPA 1978 is equipped with lockers, robes, slippers, and disposable undergarments for your comfort.

06. What if I have health concerns?

If you are taking medication, have a medical condition (such as high blood pressure or heart disease), or are recovering from surgery, please inform our staff in advance.
In particular, if you are pregnant or menstruating, let us know beforehand so we can provide customized care.

07. Are there any guidelines I should follow during the spa experience?

We recommend avoiding heavy meals before your visit.
Since the spa is a place of rest and rejuvenation, please refrain from using mobile phones and electronic devices to avoid disturbing yourself and other guests.
